Low-Volume Interval Training Improves Muscle Oxidative Capacity in Sedentary Adults

Abstract: Constant-load low-volume HIT may be a practical time-efficient strategy to induce metabolic adaptations that reduce the risk for inactivity-related disorders in previously sedentary middle-aged adults.
