Low Temperature Selective Catalytic Reduction of NO<sub>x</sub> with NH<sub>3</sub> over MnO<sub>x</sub> /TiO<sub>2</sub> Catalyst

Abstract: Amorphous phase MnOx/TiO2 catalysts were prepared by two different methods, their catalytic activities for low temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx with NH3 in the presence of excess oxygen were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, XPS and HRTEM. The results showed that the catalyst prepared by soft template method had better catalytic active than those prepared by sol-gel method, its catalytic property could reach 98.2% at 200°C.
