Low-Temperature Heat Capacity of ZnGa2S4, ZnGa2Se4, and ZnGa2Te4 Thiogallates

Abstract: The low-temperature heat capacity of the CdGa2S4 compound (cadmium thiogallate, space group S$ was measured by u s earlier /l/.This report gives the results of heat-capacity measurements conducted i n the temperature range from 5 to 6 0 K on ZnGa S4, ZnGa2Se4, and ZnGa2Te4 representing the thiogallate group of A B2 C4 -type compounds (space group S:or D&) /2/.
