Abstract:This paper presents the method of cryogenic extraction by means of liquefied freons. Using the equipment to extract lipid fractions from biological raw materials, a freon extract from bay leaves (Laurus nobilis) was experimentally obtained. A low-temperature extraction of lipid fractions from bay leaves was first realized using liquefied freons within the temperature range of –2...–8°С. The difference in composition of these fractions from that of the oils, obtained within the standard temperature ranges of 30… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
