Low-temperature Argon Plasma Jet with Cascading Electrode Technique for Biological Applications

Abstract: In this study, the design, performance, and characteristics of a low-temperature argon plasma jet with cascading electrode technique (APJCE) are presented. APJCE is designed based on a tip-ring structure with a cascading ring.
