Low-/No-Calorie Sweeteners: A Review of Global Intakes

Abstract: The current review examined published data on the intake of all major low-/no-calorie sweeteners—aspartame, acesulfame-K, saccharin, sucralose, cyclamate, thaumatin and steviol glycosides—globally over the last decade.
