Low-Latency Driven Performance Analysis for Single-Cluster NOMA Networks

Abstract: In this paper, we study the total effective capacity (EC) of single-cluster non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) networks and demonstrate the performance gain of singlecluster NOMA over user-paired NOMA and orthogonal multiple access (OMA).
