Low‐energy interaction in the Fock–Tani formalism

Abstract: The Fock–Tani formalism is a first‐principles method to obtain effective interactions from microscopic Hamiltonians. Originally derived for meson–meson or baryon–baryon scattering, we present in this paper a brief introduction to the Fock–Tani formalism and formulate the meson–baryon potential, with the scattering and annihilation parts explicitly taken into account, and the corresponding diagrams.
