Low Dose Bupivacaine plus Fentanyl in Subarachnoid Block for Caesarean Section

Abstract: Background: Spinal anaesthesia induced hypotension, a common problem during caesarean section, is associated with maternal nausea and vomiting and the risk of neonatal acidosis.
