Low-Cost Ka-Band Satellite Receiver Data Preprocessing for Tropospheric Propagation Studies

Abstract: Satellite tropospheric propagation studies strongly rely on beacon receiver measurements. We were interested in performing a measurement campaign to characterize rain attenuation statistics.
