Low complexity interference reduction for MIMO enabled CDMA mobile receivers

Abstract: In this paper a low complexity method is proposed for interference cancellation at the User Equipment (UE) receiver in High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) systems. The method is based on a recursive walkthrough of the Orthogonal Variable Spreading Factor (OVSF) code space.
