Low-Carbon Economy Planning in the Public Sector

Abstract: The article presents the results of analysis of low carbon economy planning in public administration, as well as technological and non-technological solutions present in Poland and the EU. “…Całokształt ujętych zagadnień oraz obligatoryjność programów sprawia, że są to dokumenty o istotnym potencjale dla kształtowania polityki klimatycznej JST. PGN nie są dokumentami opracowywanymi obligatoryjnie przez gminy, jednakże ich posiadanie oraz uwzględnienie w nich przedsięwzięć jest często niezbędnym wymogiem do otrzymania wsparcia finansowego z programów krajowych i unijnych (Kunikowski 2018).
