Love's Subjects: The Alhambra Ceilings, Sentimental Fiction and Allegory

Abstract: Th is article analyzes the way in which allegorical and narrative motifs work in the fourteenthcentury Alhambra ceilings and in fifteenth-century Castilian sentimental fiction.
