Lossless compression of cloud-cover forecasts for low-overhead distribution in solar-harvesting sensor networks

Abstract: Combining local harvest patterns and global weather forecasts, e.g., cloud-cover forecasts, makes solar harvest predictions and online duty cycle adaptation more reliable.
