Losses of Energy in Phosphor of LED at Transformation of Emission Spectrum

Abstract: ABSTRACT In this paper, showed the results of heat losses in phosphor-converted LEDs (hereinafter chips) during spectrum conversion. The limit values of the luminous efficacy for LEDs are evaluated.
