Abstract: Mutations in DNA methyltransferase type 3A (DNMT3A) are frequently associated with myeloid malignancies including myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) including systemic mastocytosis (SM).
