Perda por ruptura em gôndola: uma análise do Sistema Toyota de Produção, na indústria alimentícia e no varejo supermercadista

Abstract: Perdas em uma cadeia produtiva representam atividades de processamento, fabricação, comercialização, desnecessárias para o êxito dos negócios. Realizou-se uma análise entre as Sete Perdas do Sistema Toyota de Produção (STP), a perda por má formação no mix de produto e pela perda por ruptura em gôndola.
