This study is based on the need to explore the different strategies and interventions that seek to develop psychological well-being (PW) in scholars (children and adolescents aged 9–19 years) through physical education and school sports by bearing in mind other variables that can extensively facilitate PW in these students. This study analyzed 504 research works published between 2010 and 2020, and 23 were selected for this review because they met the inclusion criteria. The results showed that the most studied variables were: motivation, academic performance, teaching climate in physical education (PE) teaching styles, parents’ relationships and school environment. The literature review carried out in this study reveals the need to consider PW with other relevant variables, and the importance of doing so from a community approach, in which all systems (parents, school and government) are active participants, and contribute to generate a positive environment for all. Finally, school professionals should be aware of the need to stimulate their students’ PW because government organizations should be interested in promoting such a policy in this population.

Parental engagement creates a pleasant learning environment, increases learners' confidence, motivation, and academic achievement with learning issues, and offers critical support and encouragement. This study assessed the parental engagement of the Grade 5 learners with learning difficulties in the three public elementary schools in Cebu, Philippines, during the school year 2023-2024 as the basis for the intervention plan. This study employed the descriptive-correlational method of research using the survey questionnaire as the principal instrument in gathering the needed data regarding the parental engagement of Grade 5 learners with learning difficulties. The study's respondents are 217 parents of Grade 5 learners of the three public elementary schools. This study utilized an adapted survey questionnaire from Azubuike and Aina (2017) to gather information regarding the parental engagement of Grade 5 learners with learning difficulties. The collected data were treated using frequency, simple percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Chi-square test of independence. The study revealed that the level of parental engagement and the challenges of the learners with learning difficulties, as observed by the parents, do not correlate with its profile. It was determined that a strong relationship between parents and teachers is necessary to establish a supportive learning environment that considers the particular requirements of these pupils. Engaging parents in their child's education helps to develop a feeling of teamwork and shared accountability. The researchers recommend implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the intervention plan to improve parents' engagement with children with learning difficulties.

A strong performance is depicted by the way teachers perform their professional roles and functions. Hence, this research used a quantitative approach to examine various variables affecting teacher performance, including multicultural leadership and the role played by the school board, as dependent variables. At the same time, organizational climate acted as an intervening variable. The sample population involving 170 teachers and 30 school principals was drawn from State Senior High School in Tangerang District, Banten Province. Additionally, the research utilized two units of analysis; teachers and principals. Where the two units of analysis assess each research variable, namely multicultural leadership, the role of the school board, organizational climate and teacher performance. Quantitative data analysis was performed using variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with Partial Least Square (PLS) or PLS-SEM. The results indicated that direct and indirect variables impact the performance of teachers. Also, the results revealed that teachers and principals have two opposing perspectives.
