Tanulmányunk célja a magyarországi települések földhasználat-szerkezet szerinti csoportjainak kimutatása, és annak vizsgálata, hogy van-e összefüggés a települések fejlettségi mutatói és a földhasználat szerkezete között. Annak ellenére, hogy a földhasználat széles körben kutatott, kevés olyan elemzést találunk, amely települési szintű adatokra épül. Kutatásunk hozzáadott értékét az adja, hogy – eltérve a szakirodalom adathasználatától – megfigyelési egységnek a települést tekinti. Elemzésünk során első lépésben az EU egységes területalapú támogatási (SAPS) adatok alapján a földhasználó gazdaságok adatbázisát alakítottuk ki, majd ez alapján hoztunk létre egy településszintű adatbázist, melyet összekapcsoltunk településsoros mutatókkal. Látens profilelemzés segítségével a földhasználat-szerkezet szerint a települések hat jellegzetes csoportját tártuk fel, amelyek a korábbi kvalitatív munkák szerint is jól azonosíthatóak. A települések fejlettségi mutatóinak a földhasználat-szerkezettel történő összekapcsolása arra mutatott rá, hogy a vegyes, a szegmentált és a nagybirtok dominanciájú földhasználat-szerkezeti struktúra olyan településekre jellemző, amelyek fejlettségi mutatói rendre meghaladják a szétaprózott földhasználati szerkezetű települések mutatóit. A települések földhasználat-szerkezete további kutatásokat igényel, az azonban már most is megállapítható, hogy a települések közötti egyenlőtlenségek egy olyan lényeges dimenzióját sikerült bemutatni, amely a kutatásokban eddig kevéssé kapott figyelmet.

Simulating the future evolution of the internal land use structure of rural settlements (RSILUS) is vital for rural land management. However, previous simulation studies have mostly regarded rural settlements as a whole, thereby ignoring their internal structural variations. In this paper, as an example, we select Pinggu District, which has experienced the impact of rapid urbanization and has an unstable rural land use structure (LUS); then, we examine the driving factors of the changes in the RSILUS, construct a cellular automata (CA)–Markov simulation model specifying the RSILUS, and simulate its changes in 2025. The results indicate the following. (1) The influencing factors of various land use changes in rural settlements in Pinggu District differ significantly. Basic land, such as living functional land, is greatly influenced by natural resources, whereas production functional land is subject to socioeconomic factors. (2) The simulation results demonstrate that from 2015 to 2025, the production and living functional land areas of rural settlements will decrease as a whole. Accordingly, the distribution of rural public service land (RPSL) will tend to remain stable, and the trends of land use abandonment and functional degradation will continue as rural areas continue to recede. Our study enriches the research on rural land use systems by refining the simulation of rural settlements to focus on their internal structure. The differentiation and complexity of the changes in rural LUS types further suggests that rural planning and renewal should adapt to the changing conditions of the RSILUS, and the LUS should be adjusted to improve the constructed environment in human settlements and equalize urban and rural areas.

Rural settlements are the carrier of farmers’ life and rural industries. This paper introduces symbiosis theory to construct an analytical framework for the symbiosis between production land and living land in rural settlements, taking three villages in Shanxi, China as examples (secondary industry-led: Tian Village, tourism-led: Shuiyukou Village, multi-industry integration: Jiling Village). The results show that: (1) From 2010 to 2020, the compatibility and coupling coordination degree between production land and living land in Tian Village increased; the compatibility degree between production land and living land in Shuiyukou Village decreased slightly, and the coupling coordination increased significantly. In Jiling Village, the compatibility between production land and living land decreased, and the coupling coordination showed an increasing trend. (2) From 2010 to 2020, the degree of symbiosis between production land and living land in the three Villages both showed an increasing trend, and the growth of symbiosis degree was mainly caused by the growth of coupling coordination. (3) In 2010–2015 and 2015–2020, the symbiotic growth between production land and living land in Tian Village was driven by farmers’ demand and social economy, respectively. The dominant driving factor for Shuiyukou Village in these two periods was resource endowment. Jiling Village was driven by social economy and regional policies, respectively. This work can provide scientific support for the practical adjustment of land use structure and the reconstruction of rural settlements in China.
