Abstract: In May 2018, the National Cancer Policy Forum (NCPF) of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (formerly the Institute of Medicine) released a report, Long-Term Survivorship Care After Cancer Treatment: Proceedings of Workshop.
