Long-term outcomes of radical cystectomy with preservation of prostatic capsule

Abstract: Urinary continence and sexual function achieved by radical cystectomy with prostatic adenomectomy with orthotopic ileal neobladder seem to be similar to those achieved by the conventional technique with satisfactory oncologic results.
