Long term outcome of complex surgical resection and reconstruction for rare thoracic cancers

Abstract: Background Complex surgical resection and reconstruction for rare thoracic cancers (RTCs) represent a major challenge, given their very low frequency, extreme variability of presentation, multi-modality treatment options and inadequate outcome prediction.
