Long-term hemodynamic changes and blood pressure in atherosclerotic major cerebral artery disease

Abstract: In patients with major cerebral artery disease, lower blood pressure might reduce blood flow in the collateral pathways, thereby impairing the growth of cerebral collaterals, inhibiting hemodynamic improvement.
