Abstract: Recently, many studies revealed that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important roles in cancers. To identify lncRNAs contributing to colorectal cancers, we screened lncRNAs through expression and survival analyses in datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA).
