Long non-coding RNA ANRIL and its target microRNAs (microRNA-34a, microRNA-125a and microRNA-186) relate to risk stratification and prognosis in multiple myeloma

Abstract: Objective: This study aimed to investigate the correlations of long non-coding RNA ANRIL (lncRNA ANRIL), microRNA (miR)-34a, miR-125a and miR-186 with disease risk, clinical features and prognosis of multiple myeloma (MM). Method: Totally, 87 MM patients and 30 controls were recruited. LncRNA ANRIL and its target miRNAs (miR-34a, miR-125a and miR-186) in bone marrow derived plasma cells were detected by RT-qPCR.
