Phrynoderm und erworbene Acrodermatitis enteropathica bei stillenden Frauen nach bariatrischer Chirurgie

“…Sie können, in Verbindung mit Haarstrukturschäden und perifollikulären Blutungen, auch bei Vitamin‐C‐Mangel sowie bei einer Vielzahl dermatologischer Störungen wie Pityriasis rubra pilaris und Keratosis pilaris beobachtet werden. Des Weiteren können sie in Verbindung mit Hydroxocobalamin‐(Vitamin‐B 12 ‐) Injektionen und bei Marasmus (kombinierter Protein‐ und Energiemangel) auftreten . Anhand des Fehlens anderer Merkmale wie des Verlusts von subkutanem Fett oder Muskeln konnte die letztere Diagnose bei Patientin 1 ausgeschlossen werden.…”
