Lochkorrosionsverhalten von Auftragschweißungen – Schweißlagen‐ und Oberflächeneffekte –

Abstract: Zur vergleichenden Einschätzung der Lochkorrosionsbeständig-keit von verschiedenen, mehrlagigen MAGp-auftraggeschweißten Nickelbasis-Schweißgütern auf einem Superduplexstahl wurden kritische Lochkorrosionstemperaturen (critical pitting temperature, CPT) nach ASTM G 48 C ermittelt. Es zeigte sich eine unerwartet niedrige Beständigkeit der Auftragschweißungen, als dessen Ursache ein ungünstiger Oberflächenzustand angenommen wurde.
