“…In this study, the clinical delineations were used, which were performed on the planning CT by experienced radiation oncologists; the stomach and duodenum were delineated for the purpose of this study. The gross tumor volume (GTV) included lymph nodes and fat infiltration; the internal GTV (iGTV) encompassed the GTV on each respiratory phase of the 4D-CT. A 5 mm margin was applied to the iGTV (or GTV) to create the internal clinical target volume (iCTV) (Gomez et al 2014).
