Abstract:Extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP) is a rare form of plasma cell neoplasm that originates from B lymphocytes. It accounts for only 4% of all plasma cell disorders. We present two cases of EMP that were diagnosed in two different locations. The first case is a 55-yearold presented with epistaxis and sinusoidal polyps.
