“…Pacientes com diagnóstico de DRD em qualquer estágio devem ser submetidos à investigação sistêmica, principalmente em mediastino, retroperitônio, medula espinhal , sistema nervoso central, ossos e, nos homens, testículos para se determinar a extensão do acometimento da doença (18) .
