Abstract:SUMMARYPurpose: Mucosal melanoma of the upper respiratory tract is rare. Nasopharyngeal involvement is extremely rare. The diagnosis and management of this tumour still remain difficult. We present a new case of mucosal nasopharyngeal melanoma, to discuss diagnosis and therapeutic modalities.
