Local Health Department and Hospital Collaboration Around Community Health Needs Assessment to Improve Health Outcomes

Abstract: The objectives of this study were to examine the relationships between local health department (LHD) and nonprofit hospital collaboration around community health needs assessment (CHNA), levels of collaboration, and selected community health outcomes.
