Abstract:Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1) plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cancer, but there are no relevant reports on the mechanism of MALAT1 in TNBC lymph node metastasis. Our study confirms that MALAT1 has a significant impact on the proliferation, invasion, and migration of TNBC cells, and MALAT1 may regulate TNBC cell metastasis through the competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) mechanism of MALAT1/miR-106a-5p/REEP5 axis.
