Living in a self‐organized house in the early psychosis treatment

Abstract: The self‐organized house (SOH) is a resident structure with light outpatient assistance. We have had a long time experience of these structures in the rehabilitation treatment of chronic psychotics. Our more recent experience is to use these kind of structure for the early treatment, in the subacute phases. The patient is treated for several years, separated and protected from his family.
