Abstract: A 54-year-old female patient presented to our emergency department with skin lesions on the entire integument that had been present for six weeks (Figure 1a-c). The patient stated that she had been suffering from fever and myalgia before the skin lesions appeared. At the time of presentation, there were no further clinical pathological findings.
