Liver Transplantation for High Output Heart Failure Secondary to HHT: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Abstract: Liver involvement in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) can lead to high output heart failure. We report a case of a patient with HHT who developed high output heart failure that failed to respond to maximal medical therapy who eventually underwent liver transplantation with resolution of symptoms.
