Abstract:Intrahepatic cholelithiasis, which is defined as stones proximal to the confluence of the hepatic ducts, is considered endemic in Southeast Asia. Its pathogenesis is not completely understood yet. A 19-year-old female was admitted to the hospital with a history of recurrent biliary pancreatitis.
