Liver condition and blood biochemical value of sturgeon fish when fed combined feed with increased fat content.

Abstract: The results of the present experiment revealed that by feeding feed with a high fat content, the final weight of fish increases by 10.0-23.9%, feed cost per kg of weight gain is reduced by 14.4-28.7%. The condition factor of juvenile Russian-Lena sturgeon (hybrid of Acipenser baeri and Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) increases by 12.6-31.6%.
