The complexity of the challenges for nursing education makes the nursing study program think hard to produce various innovations in curriculum implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to explore the strategy of the nursing undergraduate study program in implementing a nursing curriculum that is oriented to stakeholder demands during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach, using interpretive phenomenological methods. Purposive and snowball sampling was used in this study to help the researchers identify the key informant, with the criteria: ten nursing lecturers who are active in giving lectures in the COVID-19 pandemic, twenty stakeholders (among them: students, nursing clinical instructors, clinical professional nurses, users of nursing graduates) and willing to be an informant. Using semi-structured interview techniques, the data obtained is then analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman & Saldana. The results found five themes, including (1) Increase collaboration with instructors from the clinic; (2) Strengthening the skills of teachers with the blended learning method; (3) Streamline the learning management system; (4) Develop community-based nursing learning during pandemic; (5) Open-effective communication with stakeholders. The effectiveness of the curriculum implementation strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic requires proactivity from the entire academic community of the nursing study program, to produce quality nursing graduates and meet the high demands of stakeholders during the multi-crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic. The success of the nursing education curriculum system during the COVID-19 pandemic is strongly influenced by the active and positive contributions and collaborations of nursing stakeholders.

Di dunia yang serba cepat dan sering tidak dapat diprediksi saat ini, pentingnya kesiapan dalam menghadapi keadaan gawat darurat tidak dapat pungkiri. Kejadian gawat darurat dapat terjadi kapan dan dimana saja. Keberhasilan pasien tertolong bergantung pada keberhasilan pada setiap tahapan SPGDT termasuk bagaimana siswa memberikan pertolongan sebelum petugas kesehatan terampil datang. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dalam menghadapi kondisi gawat darurat sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dengan pendekatan ceramah, focus group discussion dan demonstrasi 4 keterampilan kepada 29 siswa SMAN 12 Kabupaten Tangerang selama 1 hari. Keterampilan yang diberikan yaitu bantuan hidup dasar, pertolongan tersedak, pertolongan luka dan perdarahan, dan proses evakuasi korban. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan siswa meningkat signifikan dari rata-rata 66.9 menjadi 87.9.. Untuk pengetahuan jangka panjang, siswa dibekali video keterampilan dan buku saku penangan kegawatdaruratan sehari-hari. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan kepuasan kepada mitra, dimana mitra memberikan skor rata-rata 7.5 (0-10). Pelatihan Pertolongan Kegawatdaruratan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa.

The Banjar Regency area is prone to flooding and is one of the disaster areas that can cause casualties and stress that triggers an increase in cardiovascular disease sufferers. This condition requires community preparedness for emergencies. The purpose of this community service activity is to train partners skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills to be able to help victims of cardiac or respiratory arrest. The first implementation of this community service activity is carrying out an initial test to recognize emergency signs in heart and lung attacks, then providing an introduction to the concept of heart and lung emergency through lecture methods, discussion, and sharing related to real events of cardiopulmonary arrest in the community, then the final stage is evaluation of student abilities. The target of this community service activity was 40 students who are members of the High School Youth Red Cross in Martapura City, Banjar Regency. The results of this community service activity students understand material related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and providing basic life support counseling has a significant effect on student knowledge. Through this activity, students are expected to be able to provide a pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulation, and students can disseminate information to those closest to them.
