Abstract:Litter plays an important part of the nutrient circle involving plants and soil in forest ecosystems, with its nutrient return determining the productivity of forestlands. The quality factors and relative decomposability of litter are internal factors that restrict nutrient contribution. Ecological stoichiometry, which is a theory applied in the nutrient elements忆 response to ecological environment interaction, has been widely incorporated into nutrient cycling research. Several analyses have indicated that nu… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
