Listening Better Through Bedside Rounding: A Quality Improvement Initiative

Abstract: Background: Bedside rounding is vital for physicians to connect with hospitalized patients. In this study, we developed and implemented a bedside rounding quality improvement initiative focused on bedside communication and physician listening.
