Lissencephaly in two brothers detected by US

Abstract: We report on two cases of lissencephaly in two brothers studied by high frequency ultrasound and subsequently confirmed by CT and, in one case, by post-mortem study. In addition to well known sonographic and CT signs described in the literature, a typical structural change of the brain (named "pseudo-liver") was detected using high-frequency sonography.
