Lissencephaly: Clinical and neuroimaging features in children

Abstract: Background:The spectrum of lissencephaly (LIS) corresponds to a group of serious brain malformations in the cortex caused by a failure in neuronal migration. The spectrum includes agyria, pachygyria and subcortical band heterotopia (SBH).
