Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the social appearance anxiety levels of university students taking physical education course according to various variables. Material and Methods: In the research, descriptive scanning model was used. The study group of this research consists of 929 participants who took compulsory physical education and sports lessons in the preparatory and first year of Kyrgyzstan Turkey Manas University in the 2020-2021 academic year. In order to determine the social appearance anxiety levels of individuals and the "Personal Information Form" prepared by the researcher, the data of the research; The "Social Appearance Anxiety Inventory (SAAI)," developed by Hart et al. (2008) and validated and reliable in Turkish by Doğan (2010) was used. The study was carried out in SPSS 22 statistical package program and the degree of significance was taken as 0.05. Independent-Samples T test was used in pairwise comparisons, and One-Way Anova test was used in multiple comparisons. Results: In the study, no significant difference was found between the social appearance anxiety levels of university students and the variables of gender, class, age, father's education level and mother's education level. This study aims to determine the relationship between the digital game addiction levels of secondary and high school students and their motivation for participation in physical activity during the pandemic process. the study participants include a total of 322 students, 227 males, and 95 females, aged between 11 and 18. the game addiction scale for adolescents and the motivation scale for participation in physical activity were used as data collection tools in the study. in the statistical method of the study, descriptive statistics (frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation), t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Tukey multiple comparisons, and Pearson correlation tests were used. In the research findings, it has been determined that there is a negative and low-level significant relationship between the individual reasons and causelessness sub-dimensions of the motivation scale for participation in physical activity and digital game addiction. there was a significant difference in the game addiction scale and sub-dimensions of the motivation for participation in physical activity according to the duration of digital gaming of the students and their education levels. A significant difference was determined in the motivation scale for participation in physical activity according to the branch variable, and in the scale of game addiction according to the situation of the parents’ setting limits on the duration of digital gaming. A significant difference was not found in either scale according to gender. As a result, it was observed that the more the motivation for participation in physical activity, the lower the digital game addiction.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, lise öğrencilerinin duygusal zeka düzeyleri ile sosyal görünüş kaygı düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırmaya 124 (%21,9) erkek ve 442 (%78,1) kız olmak üzere toplam 566 lise öğrencisi gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Kişisel bilgi formu, duygusal zeka ölçeği ve ergenlerde sosyal görünüş kaygısı ölçeği kullanılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Verileri analiz etmek için SPSS for Windows 22 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Veri analizinde sayılar, yüzdelikler, en az ve en çok değerler ile ortalama ve standart sapmaların yanı sıra ikili grupların karşılaştırılmasında bağımsız gruplarda t testi ve varyans analizi (İleri analiz olarak varyansların homojen olduğu durumlarda LSD, olmadığı durumlarda Dunnet C kullanılmıştır); değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesinde ise pearson korelasyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Kullanılan ölçeklerin Cronbach's Alpha iç tutarlılık güvenirlik katsayıları Duygusal zeka ölçeğinin toplam puanında .83, duygusal tanıma/anlama alt boyutunda.72, duygusal kolaylaştırma alt boyutunda .71, duygusal düzenleme alt boyutunda .76 ve ergenlerde sosyal görünüş kaygısı ölçeğinde .80 olarak bulunmuştur. İncelenen sonuçlara göre, duygusal tanıma/anlama alt boyut puanı ile ergenlerde sosyal görünüş kaygısı ölçek puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır. Duygusal kolaylaştırma alt boyut, duygusal düzenleme alt boyut ve duygusal zeka ölçeği toplam puanları ile ergenlerde sosyal görünüş kaygısı ölçek puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı, negatif yönlü ve düşük düzeyli bir ilişki bulunmuştur.
