This study aims to examine the financial ratios that affect profit growth in textile and garment sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. In this study, the authors use 6 (six) variables, where the dependent variable is profit growth (Y), then the independent variables consist of Debt to Equity Ratio (X1), Current Ratio (X2), Total Asset Turnover (X3), Net Profit Margin (X4), and Gross Profit Margin (X5). The population taken from the BEI is 21 companies with a sample of 9 companies. This sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique by taking data from the 2016-2020 financial statements. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The research method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the partial study, the variable that has a significant effect on profit growth is only the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) variable, and for the other 4 variables it has no significant effect on profit growth. But simultaneously, all independent variables can have a significant effect on profit growth.Keywords: current ratio • debt to equity ratio • gross profit margin • net profit margin • profit growth • total asset turnover

The purpose of our research is to know more and to better understand the implementation of operational auditing to be able to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing function that the company performs. The data we use in this research are secondary data and primary data, the object of this research is PT ABC which is located in Cibaraja Cisaat. The type of research we use is descriptive research, using a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results of the analysis and problems in this study are caused by the emergence of the problems faced, including regarding sales targets starting from 2020 and 2021, not reaching a target set by the company PT ABC. From the results of the research that we conducted, it can be concluded that by using operational audit research it can be found out what causes inefficiency and ineffectiveness in the marketing function, namely at the beginning of 2020 there was a case of the Covid-19 Virus which hampered sales targets. This of course can result in a loss of decreased company profits which will be borne by PT ABC so that the impact on the marketing process is not running effectively and efficiently.

Distribusi air bersih kurang merata di wilayah Gunungkidul diakibatkan oleh terbatasnya sumber air. Terbatasnya sumber air bersih ini disebabkan kondisi Gunungkidul merupakan organic karst (tanah kapur) yang sulit menyimpan air. Salah satu organic karst yang memiliki permasalahan berada di Dusun Gaduhan. Dusun Gaduhan, Kecamatan Semanu mengambil air dari sungai bawah tanah yang diangkat ke permukaan tanah menggunakan pompa. Air tersebut tidak bisa langsung digunakan, air harus melalui proses penyaringan untuk menurunkan kekeruhan air sungai bawah tanah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan air layak pakai adalah metode kualitatif dengan pencarian data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan menggunakan sistematik literatur. Beberapa solusi untuk menanggulangi adanya pencemaran sumber air bawah tanah yaitu dengan cara mengolah limbah peternakan menggunakan pupuk organic, dan tidak melakukan pembuangan sampah sembarangan. Semua upaya tersebut bertujuan untuk menjaga air bawah tanah dan daerah aliran sungai bawah tanah. Selain itu, air dari sungai bawah tanah akan menjadi layak konsumsi dengan bantuan filter healthwater.
