Liquid‐Phase Synthesis of Inorganic Nanoparticles

Abstract: In this article we review some of the most representative liquid‐phase synthetic methodologies for the preparation of inorganic nanoparticles. Metallic nanoparticles and alloys have been chosen as a model to discuss the preparation of colloidal nanocrystals and their functionalization with organic molecules.
