Liquid-liquid Extraction of Iron (III) from Hydrochloric Acid Solutions by Tributyl Phosphate.

Abstract: The extraction of iron (III) from hydrochloric acid solutions has been investigated using tributyl phosphate (TBP) in benzene under different conditions. The organic extracts were examined by infrared and ultraviolet absorption spectroscopies.
