Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry applications for quantification of endogenous sex hormones

Abstract: Liquid chromatography, coupled with tandem mass spectrometry, presents a powerful tool for the quantification of the sex steroid hormones 17-β estradiol, progesterone and testosterone from biological matrices.
