SMEs are a business sector that has the potential to improve the economy in Indonesia, so one of the government's efforts to increase the productivity of SMEs is to increase their competitiveness. One thing that can be done is to use the latest technology. Some of the technologies SMEs can utilize include the application of technology from Industry 4.0, namely the Internet of Things (IoT). Technology is intended to help business processes become more effective and efficient in terms of cost and time while maximizing customer satisfaction. Therefore, this research aims to collect and analyze data related to marketing conditions in SMEs. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative using a sample of SMEs in the Antapani Kidul area. The data used in this study is internal data collected through in-depth interviews with SMEs using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Scorecard matrix approach through several factors: Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Value, Customer Acquisition, and Customer Retention. After conducting in-depth interviews to obtain the necessary data, the data was processed and analyzed using Tableau software. The results of this study show that, on average, SMEs are able bring in new customers without losing their old customers, but some SMEs still need to be ready to acquire new customers; this is seen from the points that these SMEs cannot fulfil.

Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) saat ini semakin berkembang khususnya pada sistem keamanan. Tindakan kejahatan pencurian di pergudangan yang tidak bisa diprediksi dan dapat menimbulkan kerugian sehingga diperlukan sistem keamanan yang baik. Penggunaan kamera CCTV dalam ruangan yang belum dilengkapi dengan tambahan alat keamanan lain dirasa kurang efektif dalam menanggulangi tindakan kejahatan pencurian. Penambahan sistem control, notifikasi, dan monitoring pada pintu serta penambahan rangkaian alat penggerak CCTV yang bisa dicontrol jarak jauh menggunakan aplikasi Blynk pada smartphone maka diperoleh alat yang dapat mengetahui secara realtime keadaan pintu maupun ruangan jika sewaktu-waktu ada pencuri memaksa masuk pergudangan. Penambahan sistem sidik jari pada akses masuk pintu sebagai backup jika sewaktu-waktu internet padam. Komponen yang digunakan sebagai akses pintu jarak jauh maupun dekat dalam sistem Internet of Things (IoT) antara lain NodeMCU ESP8266, magnetic switch sensor, dan motor servo sebagai penggerak kamera CCTV. Komponen sebagai control akses pintu jarak dekat dan sebagai backup jika sewaktu-waktu internet padam antara lain Arduino nano, dan sensor fingerprint. Komponen tambahan seperti relay, solenoid lock door, power supply, dan daya cadangan UPS. Daya cadangan UPS berguna untuk membackup daya listrik pada alat jika sewaktu-waktu listrik padam.

Technology is something that was created to help and facilitate human work in various aspects needed for the survival and comfort of life in the company. All goods produced will be counted before distribution. The calculation and input of goods in PT Winner Pratama has not been done automatically, so the researchers solved the solution by creating an automated item counting system based on the Internet of Things and Website. This system is designed using Infrared (IR) Sensor, Nodemcu esp8266, Breadboard, Jumper cable, Buzzer, Push Button, Lcd I2c, Database, and Dcmotor. With the prototype method to simulate this system before it is applied in the production field to find out how the system works. And based on testing infrared sensors as much as 10x by means of an object closer to the sensor with a distance of 2-6 cm successfully, this system can help employees to find out the number of items automatically generated every day, without having to do the calculations manually. In addition to automatic counting, the system also performs input automatically and the data is stored in a database.
