Liposome-Encapsulated Hemoglobin Ameliorates Ischemic Stroke in Nonhuman Primates: An Acute Study

Abstract: An artificial oxygen carrier, liposome-encapsulated hemoglobin (LEH), protective in a rodent stroke model, was quantitatively evaluated in monkeys.
